On September 13, 2025 , the United States Foundation (FEU) will host a charity event dedicated to “ We-LEAD Now! ”, the flagship program of SHARE-by-INOMER, a partner of the Jena Declaration (UNESCO Chair) and the Climate Coordination. This program supports youth-led climate and sustainability actions through music, art, science, and intergenerational dialogue, and has been internationally recognized for its impact.
The evening will open with a concert by SHARE Artistic Director and FEU Artist-in-Residence Bartu Elci-Ozsoy , who will perform with the SHARE Ensemble on an Antonio Stradivari violin generously loaned by J & A Beare in London. Proceeds from this concert will be donated to We-LEAD Now! The musical program will include works by Brahms, Bartók, Vivaldi, and others.
The concert will be followed by a special screening of the award-winning documentary “ Plastic People: The Hidden Crisis of Microplastics .”
This event aims to raise awareness of the climate crisis and plastic pollution, as well as raise funds for the expansion of “We-LEAD Now!” in vulnerable regions. With two decades of proven impact, the program has already launched a first pilot project in Cameroon , and others are in the pipeline in Latin America and the Caribbean as well as Asia .
